the included continental breakfast was okay..
i asked for lotion, and it took over two hours to arrive. when i tried to use it, i discovered it was expired. the lotion was watery and smelled strange, quite disappointing.

airport hotel with some issues
long waitroom wear
the free airport shuttle was not very reliable. i had to wait almost an hour for it after i landed. i was really tired after a long flight and the wait. also, the room looked a bit tired and old. there was wear and tear i did not expect.
